Payment is easily made online using Paypal. But don't worry if you don't have a
Paypal account, they will take card payment securely too.

- You will then be directed to Paypal to make your payment
- Once you've made payment, you will be automatically re-directed back to this website so you can download your voucher straight away.
We'll also send you a download link by email. The voucher will be in PDF format for you to print out.
How much does a voucher cost?
Using the form opposite you can choose from various therapy times and options you
think will be suitable. If you need help chosing, please do not hesitate to get

How long are Vouchers valid for?
Our vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase. They
can be used at any time during this period. The voucher recipient simply needs to
call Dorn Haus to make an appoinment within this 12 month period.
